Hi all

I have just put my web development business up for sale and wondering if anyone within this group has any interest.

My turnover for the last tax year was over $200k but MY profit was around $90k and I paid web development staff just over $40k so the business would be more appealing to a web developer because the potential income would be min. $90k + $40k + $130k per year (if the developer took on the web development work that comes in).

The business sale price is $270k, and therefore would pay for itself very quickly.

Also $30k of profit from last year was from web hosting and this is (residual income) profit each year.
